Who is the Evolution of a CEO for?
The program is designed for established business owners who already have a team and want to continue growing, but feel the business is still too dependent on them. You may be spending too much time answering questions, solving problems and dealing with the day-to-day and not enough time leading the business or being present for the people and things that matter outside it.
What will we cover during the six weeks?
We'll work through six areas: CEO mindset, accountability, Purpose/Mission/Values, vision, planning your future in advance, and tracking what matters. The aim is to help you start making the transition from owner/operator to CEO and build a practical framework you can continue using after the program.
How much time will I need to invest?
There is one live coaching session each week for six weeks, together with practical work between sessions. This isn't designed to give an already busy business owner hours of additional work, it's about creating clarity, making decisions and implementing what matters.
Why do I need to book a call?
I don't work with everyone. Coaching works best when someone is genuinely ready to be challenged, take ownership and implement what they learn. The Fit Call gives us both an opportunity to decide whether the program is right for you before you make any commitment.
What happens on the 30 minute fit call?
We'll talk about your business, where you currently feel challenged, what you'd like to change and what may be getting in the way.
